I am not often using the cone or tugger as my penis, for the most part, is staying fully covered 24/7 except occasionally when I sleep and have nocturnal erections. I continue to manually tug from time to time such as when in the shower.

new updated progress

My foreskin restoration progress appears to have slowed down somewaht but perhaps since the glans is now fully covered there is not as much to compare to in order to readily discern progress. I know that my glas is now covered 24 hours/ 7 days with little coercing and no devices of any type to keep it as such.

O-Ring cone

This is the homemade cone that I made that allows me to use an o-ring to hold the stretched foreskin and easier to wear as no weights or straps are needed
